Who we are

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. In practice that means:

• Contact details you submit. Your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code when you fill in a form or call us.
• What you tell us about your situation. Your Medicare status, the doctors you want to keep, your prescriptions, and anything else you share so we can do useful work.
• Basic technical information. Standard web server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — generated automatically when any browser loads any website.

What our tools do not collect

The free tools on this site — the plan type finder, enrollment window checker, cost estimator and IRMAA estimator — run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is transmitted to us or to anybody else, and nothing is stored on a server. Your date of birth, your income and your medication figures never leave your device.

Where a tool remembers your answers between pages, it uses your browser's own session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab.

How we use it

We use what you give us to:

• Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
• Compare Medicare plans against your doctors, prescriptions and ZIP code
• Complete an enrollment application if you decide to enroll
• Service your coverage afterwards — billing questions, network changes, annual reviews
• Meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed insurance agents

What we do not do

This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly:

• We do not sell your information. Not to lead brokers, not to marketing companies, not to anybody.
• We do not share it with other agents or agencies for their own marketing.
• We do not add you to unrelated mailing lists because you asked one Medicare question.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this website.

Who we do share it with

Only where it is necessary to do the thing you asked for:

• Insurance carriers, when you apply for a plan. An application cannot be submitted without it.
• Service providers who operate our email and customer records systems on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
• Regulators or law enforcement, where we are legally required to.

Health information

Some of what you tell us — your medications, your conditions, your providers — is health information, and we treat it accordingly. It is used solely to compare plans and complete applications, shared only with the carriers required to process what you asked for, and never used for marketing.

Contact and consent

If you submit a form asking us to contact you, you are consenting to us reaching you at the number and email you provided, including by phone, text and email, about Medicare plan options.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to a text, click unsubscribe in an email, or just tell us, and we will stop.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data locally so a tool can remember your answers as you move between pages; that data stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

Your choices

You can, at any time:

• Ask us what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to the records we are legally required to keep
• Tell us to stop contacting you

Children

This site is intended for adults considering Medicare coverage. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted clearly rather than slipped in.
